What sets Being apart from other preschools around the Ermington, Rydalmere and Melrose park area?

What we now know as Being Early Education Centre traces its roots to 1998, when our founder, a mother and educator, was looking for childcare. Her entrepreneurial spirit showed when she decided to open her daycare and early learning centre, so Future Stars Early Learning was born.

Fast forward to more than 20 years later, and her children are now continuing her legacy through Being. At Being Early Education in Ermington, you’ll get the same high-quality, and exceptional care Future Stars was known for, but with more modernised programs and principles. 

We recognise that we form our sense of self from the interaction between genetics and the environment during the early years. Through Being’s curriculum, we aim to evolve The Powerful Child, a confident decision-maker, into a Powerful Human, a self-assured adult who acts selflessly and responsibly.

Being Early Education has also been recognised for our excellent service by different organisations. We are frequent nominees of the Australia Early Education and Care Awards as well as finalists in the Excellence in Early Education Awards 2021 by the Australian Childcare Alliance. 

We also take great pride in our “Exceeding!” rating across seven quality areas in the early education framework put together by the National Quality Standard.

What is the age range of children at Being Ermington Lambert Avenue?

At Being Ermington on Lambert Avenue, we accept preschool-aged children from 3 - 5 years old. Our sister school on River Road accepts children from 0 - 6 years old. Feel free to book a tour at either of these locations, meet our educators and see our spaces for yourself.

What’s included at Being Ermington Lambert Avenue Preschool?

Your child’s stay at our Ermington preschool will be both comfortable and stimulating. They will be engaged in various types of play and learning activities while taking time to rest and eat delicious meals prepared by our onsite chef.

You can easily monitor their activities on our mobile apps, StoryPark and Xplor. We’ll keep you updated on what your child has been up to. 

In addition, under our “Alacrity” educational program, we’ve created a curriculum that evolves with your child as they hit developmental milestones. We can also set new goals every six months as they grow and learn with us.
